"I Believe" pram model I-S021 was tested by a certified test laboratory and an Australian NATA accredited
test laboratory and it was proven that they did not comply with Australian standards and were unsafe.
This is confirmed by four separate test reports produced by two independent test laboratories.
The test report numbers are SC14-2233, SC15-2193, SZHH01005072 and SZHH01024878. Summarising the test results:

The "I Believe" pram model I-S021 failed testing for AS/NZS 2088:2013.

The "I Believe" pram model I-S021 failed testing for AS/NZS 2088:2009.

The "I Believe" pram model I-S021 failed testing for the Australian mandatory safety standard, defined by Trade Practices Act 1974 - Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007 - Consumer Product Safety Standard: Prams and Strollers.

Some eBay sellers including laneslittleangels advertised that the "I Believe" pram model I-S021 had a load capacity of 25 kilograms. This claim was also false.
A number of eBay sellers were successfully prosecuted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

About eBay

eBay have been advertising that they sell items similar to an A1BabyCare pram. This claim is false.
"I Believe" model I-S021 prams were sold on eBay claiming similar or superior performance to A1BabyCare prams,
but they have been tested by a National Association of Testing Authorities (“NATA”) accredited laboratory and were
proven to be falsely advertised.

The prams may be sold on eBay without identifying the pram as model as I-S021.

To the best of our knowledge none of the suppliers has performed a recall, despite knowing that they sold prams that
did not comply with mandatory safety standards. The eBay seller laneslittleangels continued to sell the prams after
acknowledging that they were falsely advertised and unsafe.
